Master Grocery Lists

A master grocery list is one of my FAVOURITE Bullet Journal layouts to include to streamline how you are meal planning. Once I implemented this layout in my own journal, I saved so much time each week from making my shopping lists!

What is a master grocery list?

Simply put, a master grocery list is a layout that includes a list of the grocery items that you might consider essential in your home.

Personally, I like to have the list broken up into the sections of the grocery store.
– Produce
– Bakery
– Deli
– Fridge
– Freezer
– Dry Goods/Pantry

Under each category, list out some of the things you find yourself buying regularly. Some ideas include:
– Fruit
– Vegetables
– Bread
– Coffee Cream
– Eggs
– Milk
– Butter
– Cheese
– Pasta
